1. What size is good for me?
We are aware that we all different when it comes to our bodies. Io Cup comes in two sizes:
- Small: 60 x 45 mm
- Large: 65 x 50 mm
We recommend small size for those with short cervix and for teenagers. Large size is recommended for those with longer cervix and/or multiple child births.
2. Is it safe to use for teenagers?
Of course! We advise using the small size for those not having experience with using menstrual cups or tampons before.
