Our products are made from the highest quality (free from BPA, latex and plastic) 100% medical grade silicone approved with many industry standard certifications.. As the disc is placed right under your cervix, it collects the blood inside, so you face no 'side effects' of using the pads - the blood does not have contact with air what reduces the risk of contact with bacteria, and also results in no bad scent. It does not include chemicals, on the contrary to tampons and pads, therefore the risk to face toxic shock syndrome is highly minimized!

Firstly, no more period waste is produced on a regular basis as the disc is reusable and can last for up to 10 years! How to use OFTM Discs?
Before your first use:
1. Sterilize OTFM Disc in boiling water and afterwards wash it with warm water mixed with mild soap, intimate hygiene gel, or dedicated cleanser. Do not use oils, alcohol, bleach or harsh cleansers!
2. Wash your hands with soap and you are ready to start!
How to fold
1. Place the front of OTFM Disc closer to you and hold the rim between your thumb and pointing finger.
2. Squeeze it until it is fairly narrow.
How to insert?
1. Insert the front of the OTFM Disc (deeper part first) into your vagina.
2. Push it as far as you can.
3. Tuck it against your pubic bone. You will feel it if you move your finger upwards and towards your urethra.
How to remove?
1. To remove, untuck the OTFM Disc from behind your pubic bone.
2. Squeeze it and gently pull it out.
3. Gently remove from your vagina, empty the disc, wash it with water and soap and you're good to reinsert it back again.
To reduce paper usage, you won't find the printed manual with your OTFM Disc (except the one on the packaging). But don't worry, the full user manual is available here, for everyone, for free. Please read it before your first use.

Which size is right for me?
Over the full moon knows that we are all different and we are happy to embrace it. Dione Disc comes in two sizes: Small (Blue) and Large (Pink). To know which one will be just right for you, let’s determine your cervix length first.
1. Wash your hands and find a comfortable position.
2. Insert your finger into your vagina until you encounter your cervix or as far as you can. Note how far your finger fitted inside you - your cervix should feel like a tip of your nose. Stop and take out your finger if you experience any pain or discomfort.
3. Measure the length of the inserted part of your finger.
Low cervix – under 44 mm (1.8”) or can reach it with my 1st knuckle
Average cervix – between 45-55 mm (1.8”-2.25”) or can reach it with my 2nd knuckle
High cervix - above 55 mm (2.25”) or can’t reach it with finger
After you found out your cervix length, please see the size chart below and determine which one should fit you best. Bear in mind that this is our recommendation, however, you might find a different size fitting you better.
